If you need to cancel or change your appointment please kindly give at least 24 hours notice, failure to do so will require a 50% charge before rebooking.
Failure to turn up to your appointment without giving notice will require a 100% charge before rebooking.
If you are new to the salon please arrive 5 minutes early to fill in a consultation form.
Regretfully, a late arrival will result in a reduced treatment time.
Please inform us when booking if you are pregnant as this can alter the treatment and products used.
Unfortunately you must be over the age of 18 to have a treatment in our salon.
